Super Fry Masala

Super Fry Masala is located at No: 5, Konavattam Road. It’s a straightforward place where we handle our spice business. We’ve been at this address for several years now and have become part of the local scenery. Konavattam Road is usually okay, though it can get a bit congested during the peak hours. Our team is small, mostly just family and a couple of neighbors. We don't have any interest in fancy advertising or corporate polish. We just spend our time making sure the masala mixes are right. The work involves a lot of sorting, grinding, and packing. It’s repetitive, but there is a certain rhythm to it that we enjoy. The shop is modest and only has the equipment that is absolutely necessary. Sometimes the spice dust gets everywhere, and we have to spend an hour just cleaning up before we can go home. We don't use any complicated systems to run things. We just keep a logbook and do our best to stay organized. Being a local business means we see the same people every day. We aren't trying to change how things are done. We just want to provide something useful to the community and keep the business running smoothly. It’s a lot of hard work, especially in the heat, but we are used to it by now. It’s just what we do on Konavattam Road.
