This branch of the company is out on Uruvaiyar Road in Abishegapakkam. It’s a bit of a drive out here, but it’s where we do most of our daily operations. The building at 23/2A is mostly functional. We don't have a lot of fancy signs or decorations out front. Inside, it’s mostly workspace and storage for the different projects we have going on. Siemens Ltd. is a big name, but at this location, we feel more like a small local team just trying to keep everything on schedule. The road outside can be quiet at times, which is a nice change from the city center. We have a lot of equipment coming and going, so there’s always a truck or a van parked nearby. The staff here mostly wears work clothes and spends their time checking technical specs or handling deliveries. It’s a lot of practical, hands-on work. We don't spend much time in meetings with fancy presentations. Instead, we’re usually out on the floor or at our desks dealing with the nuts and bolts of the business. We take our breaks in a small room at the back where there’s always a pot of tea or coffee on the go. It’s a simple routine, but it works for us. We just focus on what needs to be done that day and make sure the gates are locked tight before we head home in the evening. It’s just how we operate here.
