Ryan Engineers

Ryan Engineers is located at number 12 in the Nayan Sagar Complex in Kalher, Thane. The Krishna building is where we spend most of our time. It’s a typical Thane workspace, a bit busy and tucked away in a complex with other businesses. We do engineering work, which means a lot of measuring and double-checking things. Our space is filled with tools and drawings. It’s not the kind of place where you’d find fancy rugs or expensive coffee machines. We have a kettle and some old mugs, and that’s about it. Most of the guys here have grease on their hands by noon. We’ve been in Kalher for a while, so we know the local suppliers and how to get things done in this area. Sometimes the power goes out or the rain is heavy, but we just work around it. Engineering is about solving problems, and we do that every day. We don't talk much about innovation, we just try to make things that work and don't break. If someone comes in with a problem, we take a look and see what can be done. It's a simple way of doing business. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in Thane, just a reliable one that people can talk to. We've got our routines and we stick to them because they work for us. The building itself is nothing special, but it’s home for eight hours a day.
