Kumaran Child Care Clinic

Our clinic is on Point Care Street in Mudaliarpet. It is right near Yuvaraj Graphics, which is how most people find us if they are new to the area. We have been here in Pondicherry for quite a while now. It’s a place for parents to bring their kids when they have a fever or a cough that won't go away. The waiting room isn't very big, and it can get pretty loud when there are several babies in there at once. We have some old posters on the walls about nutrition and stuff like that. The fan on the ceiling makes a bit of a clicking noise, but it keeps the air moving. We see a lot of the same families from around Mudaliarpet. Sometimes we see kids we treated years ago who are now bringing in their own children. It makes you realize how long we’ve been on this street. We handle basic things like shots and checking ears or throats. It is not a fancy medical center with lots of machines. It’s just a local spot where we try to help the neighborhood children stay healthy. The parking on Point Care Street is a bit tight, so a lot of people just walk or come on their scooters. We stay open until the last patient is seen in the evening. It’s just a normal part of life here, helping out where we can without any big fuss or complicated systems.
