Our place is over at C-85 in the Pipdic Industrial Estate. We are on 16th Cross in Mettuppalayam. If you’re looking for us, we are right near Kamal Foam, which is usually easier for people to find than the actual street number. Golden Capsules Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this industrial area for some time. The estate stays pretty noisy with all the other units around us, but we’re used to it. Inside our walls, we focus on making capsules. It is a lot of machinery and repetitive work, but it needs to be done right. The heat in Mettuppalayam can get pretty intense during the summer months, so the fans are always going. We aren’t a giant corporation with thousands of people. It’s a smaller crew here. We mostly just keep our heads down and handle the daily production schedule. Sometimes things break down and we have to fix them on the fly. That’s just how it goes in an industrial estate. We’ve been at this for a while and have a rhythm down. The trucks come and go on 16th Cross all day long. It isn’t always quiet, but it is a good spot for what we do. We try to keep the floors clean and the machines running. It’s a basic, functional space for the work we handle every day. Sometimes it is stressful, but we manage.
