Fena (P) Limited

Our factory is over at A-67 and 68 in the Pipdic Industrial Estate in Mettupalayam. We’ve got two units here that we use for our production work. It is a large industrial area, so we are surrounded by other factories and warehouses. At Fena (P) Limited, our day starts pretty early when the first shift arrives. There is always a lot to do, from checking the raw materials to keeping an eye on the packaging lines. The machines are old but we take good care of them, so they still run well most of the time. It gets quite humid here, especially in the middle of the year, so we try to keep the air moving as much as we can. We aren't big on corporate talk or meetings; we’d rather just be out on the floor seeing how the work is progressing. The guys in the warehouse are always busy moving pallets around. It can get a bit chaotic when several trucks arrive at once, but we usually manage to get things sorted out. We’ve been part of this industrial estate for a long time. We know the security guards at the gate and the guys who run the canteen down the road. It’s a simple, hardworking environment. We just focus on getting our products out the door and making sure the work is done right every day. We aren't fancy, just a team getting the job done for our customers.
