Suri Pet Scrap

We operate Suri Pet Scrap right here in Dorasani Palli. It’s a straightforward setup. We take in plastic bottles and other pet scrap from around the area. It started off small, just a few of us, and it hasn't changed much since then. We spend a lot of time outside in the yard. It can get loud with the bags being moved around, and the sun is usually pretty hot on the metal roof. We just focus on getting the sorting done right. It’s not a clean job, but it’s what we know how to do. Some days are busier than others, especially when a big truck shows up unexpectedly. We don't have a big office or anything, just a desk and some scales. We mostly just talk to the drivers and the locals who drop things off. Life in Dorasani Palli is quiet enough, and we like being part of the routine here. We’ve learned a lot about different types of plastics over the years, mostly just by looking at them. It’s practical work. We don't really bother with fancy ads or anything like that. People just know we are here at the same spot every day. We just keep our heads down and work through the piles until the sun goes down. It’s just us doing what we’ve always done.
