Our place is at 1 Kanpur Road. It is a straightforward location, and we have been around here for quite some time. Dealing with glass is a tricky business because it is so fragile and heavy at the same time. The shop floor is usually covered in a bit of dust, and you have to be careful where you step. We have different types of glass stacked up, and we spend a lot of our time moving them around carefully. It is not the kind of job where you can rush things. If you hurry, something breaks. The noise from Kanpur Road is constant, but you get used to it after a while. We are just regular people working with our hands and trying to get the orders right. Sometimes the deliveries are late or the weather makes things difficult, but we just keep going. We do not have a fancy front office with a receptionist. Usually, whoever is free just comes over to talk to the customers. It is a bit of a traditional way of doing things, I guess. We have seen the area change a lot over the years, but we are still here doing the same work. It is physically tiring, especially at the end of a long day, but there is something good about seeing a finished piece of glass ready to go out to a customer.
