Tamanna Hospital

Down here on 27-B Hashimpur Road in Allahabad, things stay pretty steady. We run the hospital out of this building and have been part of the neighborhood for a good stretch of time. It’s not a huge place with glass walls, just a solid building where we do our medical work every day. Most of us grew up around here or have lived in Allahabad long enough to know how the city moves. The heat in the summer gets tough, but the fans keep spinning and we keep seeing patients. People come in from the surrounding streets with all kinds of ailments. We don't have a big marketing team writing stuff for us, we just handle the admissions and the treatments as they come. The nurses are usually busy running between floors, and the doctors spend a lot of time talking to families in the hallways. It’s a practical environment. We have the usual equipment you’d expect in a hospital. Sometimes the road outside gets blocked with traffic, which is just how life is on Hashimpur Road. We focus on the patients in the beds and the ones waiting in the lobby. It’s about getting people healthy again so they can go home. There’s no secret formula or corporate strategy here. We just show up, put on our coats, and get to work helping the folks who walk through our doors. It’s a job that keeps us busy from morning till late night. We just keep things moving along for the community.
