My name is Tahreem and I run my business from Tulsipur in Allahabad. We are located at 18/5D/C5 on Shaukat Ali Road. It’s a busy street and there is always something going on outside. The office is just a part of the building where I grew up. I’ve got my books and my desk and a couple of chairs for whoever comes to visit. It’s not fancy at all. The floor is old stone and the windows rattle when big trucks go by. I started this because there was a need for it in our local area. I don’t have a big marketing budget or a team of people. It’s just me and sometimes a cousin who helps out when things get too busy. We do the work the old-fashioned way. I write things down and keep files in folders. Sometimes the internet is slow, so we rely on the phone more. Tulsipur is a good place to be, and I like being near Shaukat Ali Road. It’s easy for people to find us once they get to the right part of the road. I don't use much technology if I can help it. I prefer talking to people face to face. It’s more personal that way. We’ve been here for a few years and plan to stay. Just a simple, local setup for the community. The tea shop next door is where I usually go when I need a break.
