We are located in Shripur, right around the Imamganj Dobaha area of Handia. It’s in the Allahabad district, and our pin code is 221502. The office is a modest one. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights outside. It’s just a place where we come to work every day. Most of the people who visit us are from the local villages nearby. We sit at our desks and handle the paperwork as it comes in. Handia can be quite busy, but Shripur is a bit more relaxed. We have a few cupboards where we store all our documents. Sometimes the floor gets a little dusty because of the road outside, but we sweep it out when we can. We have a small table where people can sit while we look things up for them. It’s a basic setup that serves our needs. We don't use much in the way of complicated technology. Most of our work is done on paper or with simple tools. The weather here in Uttar Pradesh is usually hot, so we have a couple of ceiling fans that stay on all day. It’s a familiar place for anyone who lives in this part of the district. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood over the years. We just try to get our tasks done and go home when the work is finished.
