If you go down to Basement-2 in the Paramount Arcade, that is where you will find Smile Dental Orthodontic Clinic. We are located in the Jaipuria Enclave area of Kaushambi. Being in the basement means it stays a bit cooler than the street level, which is nice when the sun is really hitting the pavement outside. The arcade has its own rhythm, with people coming and going to the different shops. Our entrance is down the stairs, and we have a simple sign so you know you are at the right spot. Inside, the ceilings are a little lower than a standard room, but we have bright lights to make sure we can see everything clearly. It’s a quiet space once you get away from the main entrance of the arcade. We have a few chairs for waiting and a small area where we keep all the patient records in metal cabinets. The walls are mostly bare, except for a clock and maybe a calendar. We spend our hours here getting things ready and seeing whoever comes down the stairs. It is a bit of a hidden spot if you aren't looking for it, but the locals in Kaushambi seem to know the way. We like being part of the Paramount Arcade community. It is a straightforward place to work, and we keep it as tidy as we can despite the typical basement dust.
