Skyedge Commercial Realty Private Limited is based out of Kismatsukhani, right near the P.O. Manuaganj area. We share some space with Palak Alloys Private Limited, so that is how people usually find where we are located. It is more of an industrial kind of setting than a flashy downtown office. We mostly spend our time looking at commercial spaces and seeing how the land around here is being used. Things are changing quite a bit in this part of the region, and we are just here to keep up with it all. The work involves a lot of looking at maps and talking to people about their business needs. We aren't doing anything too complicated, just regular commercial realty work. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty with all the activity around the alloy plant, but that is just how it is out here. We have our desks set up and we deal with the daily tasks as they come in. It is a practical setup for the kind of work we do. Most of the people we talk to are just trying to find a spot for their business or sell off some old property they don't need anymore. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy talk, we just tell people what we know about the local market. It’s a busy spot but we manage to get things done without much trouble.
