Shoury Backery Private Limited

We are out in Amiliya Tarhar, near the Lalapur post office. It’s a quiet spot in the Shankargarh block. Not many people come out this way unless they live here. The building is an old one, made of brick. It stays relatively cool inside because of the thick walls. We’ve been operating here for a bit now. There isn't much traffic, just the occasional tractor passing by. We do all the work ourselves, from the mixing to the baking. The water comes from a well nearby. Sometimes the electricity goes out in the afternoon, so we have to plan our baking times around that. It’s a bit of a challenge, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't have a website or any of that stuff. We just know the people in the village. They know when the bread is fresh. We keep the windows open to let the heat out. The flies can be a nuisance, but we have screens up. It’s not a fancy operation by any means. Just a few ovens and some wooden tables for kneading. The floor is uneven in spots, so you have to be careful where you stand. We don't do anything special, just the basic stuff that people need. It’s a quiet life out here in Bara. We keep to ourselves and focus on the daily chores. Sometimes the morning mist is so thick you can't see the road clearly.
