You can find us in Shanti Puram, Allahabad, at 37 A. We are operating c/o Jay Singh Moriya. It’s a residential area, so it’s fairly quiet during the day except for the occasional street vendor. SDC Realestate Private Limited is the name on our letterhead, but we just think of ourselves as a local team. The office is part of the house, which makes it feel very grounded and unpretentious. We don’t have a big staff or a HR department. It’s just a few of us handling property matters for people in Allahabad. We have a big window that looks out onto the street, and we see the same people walking by every day. The work involves a lot of documentation and visiting sites across the city to make sure everything is in order. We use a lot of blue ink and keep everything in thick binders. It’s the kind of place where you can get a straight answer without any corporate talk. We don't promise anything fancy. We just do the daily grind of real estate. Sometimes the printer runs out of ink right when we need it, or the internet is slow, but we get the job done eventually.
