Satyarth Nidhi Limited is located at house number 5F/1 in Daud Nagar, Naini. It’s basically a converted part of a residential house, which makes it feel very much like home. We’ve been here for some time now, and most of the people in the neighborhood know where we are. We don't have a giant neon sign, just a small board outside so you know you're at the right place. Inside, it's just us and our ledgers. We help people with their recurring deposits and small loans. It’s a practical way for folks in Daud Nagar to keep their savings safe. Sometimes the kids from the street are playing outside and it gets a bit noisy, but we don't mind. It’s part of being in a real neighborhood. Our staff is small, just a few of us who grew up around here. We handle the money carefully because we know how hard everyone works for it. If the computer is acting up, we go back to the paper books until it's fixed. That’s just how we do things. We don't have fancy uniforms, just regular clothes. It makes it easier for people to feel comfortable when they come in to talk about their money. We close up around dinner time and start again early the next day. It’s a steady rhythm that suits us and our members in Naini just fine. We just keep working away at the books every single day.
