Ray Fashions

We are located over in Rajroop Pur, Allahabad. The name on the sign is Ray Fashions. It’s not a very complicated place. Most of the time, we are just sitting here waiting for the afternoon heat to die down so more people come by. Rajroop Pur is a busy area, lots of families and kids running around the streets. We try to keep the shop tidy, but with clothes coming in and out, there’s usually a pile of plastic wrap or cardboard in the corner. It’s just how it goes when you’re running a small business like this. We chose this spot because it’s where we live and where we know people. Allahabad gets really hot in the summer, so we keep the fan going all day long. The shop isn't huge, but we pack it with as much as we can fit on the racks. Sometimes the neighbors come in just to chat about the weather or the news. We don't have some big corporate strategy. We just open up in the morning, sweep the floor, and see who walks in. It’s Ray Fashions, and we’ve been at this address for a bit now. It feels like home more than a workplace most days. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but for now, it works fine for what we need to do.
