We've been at 12/4 Kamla Nehru Road for a while now. It's right here in the Civil Lines area of Allahabad. Most days start pretty early for us. We get the keys, open the door, and start going through papers. It’s not a fancy setup, just some desks and shelves full of files we’ve gathered over the years. Rajesh K Pandey & Associates has always been about getting the work done without much fuss. You can find us easily enough if you know the road. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, especially in the afternoons when everyone is out and about. We usually have tea delivered from the stall nearby around four. It’s a quiet enough spot otherwise. Our neighbors know us well. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. People just sort of find their way here when they need help with their paperwork or legal matters. The building is older, but it serves its purpose. We keep things simple. There’s a lot of walking back and forth between the different desks. It’s a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. From handling the mail to talking to folks who walk in, there isn't really a strict hierarchy. We just try to stay organized so things don't get lost. Living and working in 211001 has its own pace, and we’ve gotten used to it over the years.
