Raccon Pharmaceutical Private Limited is based over in Naini, specifically at 9/11 South Lokpur. If you know Allahabad, you know Naini is a busy industrial area, but our little corner is a bit more grounded. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby with leather chairs. It’s mostly just shelves, boxes, and a few sturdy desks. We spend a lot of time checking batches and making sure the addresses on the outgoing parcels are legible. The heat in Allahabad can be something else, so we usually have the cooler running full blast. It’s a simple operation. We aren't looking to impress anyone with a shiny website or big slogans. We just want to make sure the medicines get to where they are supposed to go. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad. We know the local rickshaw drivers and the tea stall owner at the corner. Sometimes the deliveries are late because of traffic on the bridge, but that’s just how it goes here. We don't stress too much as long as the work gets done by the end of the day. The building is older, but it’s solid and keeps the rain out. We keep the registers updated manually mostly because it’s more reliable for us. It’s just honest work in a busy part of town and we don't plan on changing much.
