R. Graphics

R. Graphics is situated at 76/1, Pandariba. It’s an old part of town, so the lanes are narrow and always full of people. We’ve been in this spot for years. The shop is small, mostly taken up by the computers and the wide-format printer. It gets pretty warm in here when all the machines are running at once. We do design work, mostly logos and flyers for the shops around here. Sometimes we do vinyl banners too. It’s a one-man show for the most part, though I have a kid who comes in to help with deliveries. The walls are covered in old projects we’ve done over the years. It’s a bit messy, but I know where everything is. People come in with their ideas scribbled on bits of paper. I sit down with them and we figure out how to make it look right on the screen. Pandariba has its own rhythm. You hear the tea seller and the bikes outside all day long. I don't have a fancy portfolio or a big sales pitch. I just show people what I’ve done for their neighbors. The electricity can be finicky in this old building, so I save my work every five minutes. It’s just a habit now. If you’re looking for the place, it’s right next to the sweet shop. Just look for the blue door. We’re usually here from morning until the sun goes down. Saturday is busy.
