Panchsheel Mega Mart-Sahara Q Shop

We are located on Tehsil Road in the Mandakhas area of Aligarh, though our address is often linked with the Allahabad Ho side for some of the paperwork. Panchsheel Mega Mart is a bit bigger than your average corner shop, but it still feels like a local place at heart. Being part of the Sahara Q Shop network means we have a specific way of doing things, but on the ground, it is just us managing the aisles. The mart has a lot of shelves to fill, and it takes a lot of walking back and forth every day to keep things tidy. We are right there in Aligarh, where people are always moving around for work or errands. The floors are hard tile, and they need a lot of mopping because of the foot traffic we get. Sometimes the lighting flickers a bit, or a shelf gets a bit wobbly, but we just fix it as we go. It is a lot of responsibility keeping track of so many different items, from snacks to household cleaners. We do not have a fancy corporate office; our desk is just a small corner in the back with a lot of receipts and old ledgers. Most of our day is spent helping people find what they need or checking the expiry dates on the back of the packages. It is hard work, and by the end of the day, we are usually pretty tired, but the mart stays ready for the next morning.
