Our office is in the Npa Arcade, which is right on M.G. Marg in the Civil Lines area. If you know where the Palace Cinema is, then you’re pretty much there. We are just a short walk from the theater. Octopuss Security Services Pvt Ltd has been running from this building for a while now. Civil Lines is a busy part of town, so there is always a lot of energy around. We spend most of our time coordinating guards and making sure the shifts are covered. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking registers. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks and some chairs and a lot of coffee cups. We don't really do the whole corporate thing. We’re just regular people trying to provide a steady service for the shops and buildings around here. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when a guard doesn't show up or there's a problem at a site, but we sort it out. That's just the nature of security work. M.G. Marg is a good central spot for us to reach all our clients. We’ve grown a bit over the years, but we still try to keep things on a personal level. We know our staff by name, and they know they can come in and talk to us whenever. It’s a big deal to us that people let us look after their property. We don't take it lightly.
