New Business - Dheer

Our little spot is located in Rajrooppur, right near the PNB in Kalindipuram. If you are looking for New Business - Dheer, just look for the bank and you are basically there. We started this because we wanted something of our own in the neighborhood. It is a simple setup, nothing too grand, but it works for what we need. Most days start with opening up the shutters and saying hello to the neighbors who are heading out for their morning errands. Since we are near the Punjab National Bank, there is always a bit of a crowd nearby, which makes the day go by faster. We don’t have a big team or a fancy reception desk. It’s mostly just us handling things as they come. We use plain notebooks to keep track of stuff because it’s easier than staring at a screen all day long. The area is quite lively and we like being part of the local daily life here. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back. It gives us a chance to talk to the people passing by. We aren't trying to change the world or anything like that. We just want to provide a decent service to the folks who live around here and make a living. It’s honest work and we are happy to be doing it in this part of town.
