Our business is located at 7/135, Hig, on the first floor in the Jhunsi area of Allahabad. We are right near Lal Chowk, which is a pretty well-known spot in this part of town. Since we’re on the first floor, you have to walk up the stairs to find us. It’s a modest setup, nothing too fancy or over the top. We’ve been operating out of Jhunsi for a while now, and we’ve grown accustomed to the pace of life here. The space we have is focused mostly on the kitchen where we prepare all the food. We don’t have a massive seating area, just enough for people to wait or sit for a bit. Allahabad can get quite busy, especially around the main chowks, and Lal Chowk is no exception. We try to keep our work area organized so we can get things done efficiently. Our team is small, just a few local people who know the area well. We don’t spend money on big signs or bright lights; we just let the food and our location speak for itself. It can be a bit quiet on some days and very busy on others, depending on the time of year. We just take it as it comes. It's a simple, honest way to run a business in Jhunsi. We're just here to do our job and serve the people who find their way to our door.
