Katare Ventures Private Limited is tucked away at 48 Baji Rao Katra. If you know where Milan Traders is, we are right near there. That whole area is always bustling with people moving boxes and trucks trying to squeeze through the narrow spots. It’s a bit of a chaotic place to have an office, but there’s a lot of energy in the air. We’ve been at this spot for a while. The building is older, with those thick walls that stay a bit cooler in the heat. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. You just walk in and we're right there. There's usually some crates or old paperwork sitting around. We try to keep things organized, but when things get busy, the desk gets buried pretty fast. My cousin helps out sometimes when we have too much on our plate. We chose this location because it’s in the heart of the market. Everything you need is just a short walk away. The tea stall around the corner makes the best ginger chai, so we spend a lot of time there talking shop. It’s not a corporate setup with glass walls and suits. Most days I’m just wearing a regular shirt and trousers. We just want to get our work done and go home to our families. It’s a local business through and through, and we like it that way. No frills, just hard work.
