You can find us at No. 124/A/1 on Thornhill Road. It’s a straightforward location in a part of town that everyone seems to know. We’ve been operating out of this building for years. It isn’t the newest place on the block, but it serves its purpose for the community. Every day starts with checking the equipment and making sure the floors are clean before the first visitors arrive. We have a small team here, and most of us have worked together for a long time. Thornhill Road is usually loud with cars and bikes, but inside we try to keep things a bit more orderly. It doesn’t always work out that way when the lobby gets full. We don’t have fancy slogans or a big marketing team writing things for us. This is just a place where people come when they aren’t feeling well. We take the names, do the check-ups, and try to get folks back home as soon as possible. The building has its quirks, like that one door that always squeaks, but it’s home to us. It’s a practical setup. We see a lot of different people from all walks of life. Most of them are just our neighbors from down the street. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. That’s the reality of running a hospital here on this busy road. We just do our shifts and go home.
