Dr. A.K.Bansal

Dr. A.K.Bansal’s place is over at 368 ‘A’ in Kandhaipur, which most people around here know as the Talabpar area of Dhoomanganj. Allahabad is a city with a lot of history, and this neighborhood has its own slow pace. The office is located right near the pond, hence the name Talabpar. It’s a simple setup. We have a waiting area with some benches that have been there for years and a small desk where we keep the patient files. It’s not a shiny new hospital with glass elevators. It’s a local practice where people from the neighborhood come when they aren't feeling well. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the evenings, and people have to wait their turn outside in the shade. We try to keep things organized, but when you have a lot of people coming in at once, it can get a bit hectic. The air is usually a bit cooler near the water, which is nice during the summer months. We don't have a big staff or a fancy computer system for everything. We mostly rely on handwritten notes and knowing the people who come through the door. It’s a very old-fashioned way of doing things, but it’s what works for us and the people in Dhoomanganj. We just focus on taking care of whoever walks in and making sure they get the help they need. That is the main thing we do here.
