Dinesh Dairy & Ice Plant

Dinesh Dairy & Ice Plant is situated out in Village Samda, over in the Kaushambi district near Allahabad. We’re located close to the Kali Mata Mandir, which is where most people give directions from. Our daily routine revolves around the dairy and making ice blocks. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting heavy things and dealing with the cold water, but we’re used to it. The village is a quiet place for the most part, except for the sounds of the cows and the machines. We don't have a fancy website or a glossy brochure. We just have our plant and the local people who rely on us for their milk and ice. Some days the mud in Samda makes it hard for the trucks, but we always find a way to get things moved. We’re not looking to become a giant corporation. We’re happy right here in the district, working with our hands. You’ll usually find someone at the plant at all hours because the ice doesn’t make itself. It’s a practical business that serves the local needs. We don't use any high-level language because we're just regular folks from the village. The temple nearby brings some peace to the busy workdays. We’ve been here for years, and we plan on staying right here in Kaushambi for many more. It is what it is, and we just keep the machines running and the milk flowing.
