Dawn Babu Store

People call this place Dawn Babu Store. It is right in the middle of the Municipal Market on Bajaja Patty Road. Being in Allahabad City means there is never a quiet moment outside the door. I usually get here before the heat really sets in. The shop has been in this spot for years. We keep the usual goods that people ask for, like tea leaves, sugar, and various cleaning supplies. It’s a simple setup with wooden shelves and a small counter where I sit. I don’t have a big staff, just me and occasionally someone to help move the heavier bags of rice or pulses. The market gets very crowded on the weekends, so I have to make sure I have enough stock ready. I often spend my quiet hours checking the inventory or just watching the people pass by on the street.
