We are a dairy company, so our lives are tied to the milk schedule. We work out of a practical space that isn't very fancy. Ajeet is usually around to make sure everything is moving along as it should. We get milk from the local area and then we process it. It’s a lot of physical work, like moving cans and checking the cooling units. The area around Deoghat is mostly rural, so it’s quite peaceful compared to the city center. We don’t have a big corporate office with air conditioning. We just have our workspace with high ceilings and heavy equipment. It can get very dusty and hot, but that’s just part of the job in this part of Uttar Pradesh. We spend a lot of time washing the equipment and making sure everything is as clean as possible. We don't have any slick advertising. We just rely on the local people knowing where we are and what we do. We drink tea during our breaks and talk about the crops or the weather. It is just a normal, everyday business for us. We’ve been here for a while and we just plan to stay and keep things going.
