Bansdih Bio-Energy Farmer Producercompany Limited is based in Mirigiri Tola, specifically in Ward No. 9. We are a group that brings together local farmers. The whole idea is to work on bio-energy projects, which is something we are all still learning about together. Our setup is very basic. It is mostly just a meeting place for the farmers in the community. We do not have fancy furniture or a big sign. It is more of a community effort than a typical company. We talk about crops and energy and how to make things better for everyone in the village. It is not always easy to get everyone on the same page, but we try. There is a lot of dirt on our boots and grease on our hands most days. We do not talk like those people in the big cities. We use simple words because that is what makes sense to us. The work is hard, and the weather does not always cooperate. Sometimes the meetings go on forever because everyone has an opinion. We are just trying to build something that helps the people here in Mirigiri Tola. We do not have a mission statement hanging on the wall. We just have a bunch of people who want to work hard and see some progress. It is a slow process, but we are stuck with it. It is just us, the farmers, doing what we can for our own families.
