We are located at House Number 148 in Ward 04 of the Nagar Panchayat Handia. It’s a quiet part of the town, which I like because it lets us focus on the books. Handia is a small place where everyone eventually runs into each other at the market. Our office is basically just a few rooms where we keep the records and meet with people. I’ve been sitting in the same chair for a long time now, and it’s finally starting to wear out a bit. We don't spend much on fancy furniture because it doesn't really matter for what we do. The important part is making sure the math is right and that everyone’s deposits are safe. We have a few cupboards filled with folders that go back years. Sometimes we have to hunt for a specific paper, but we usually find it eventually. It’s just two or three of us working here most days. We take a break in the afternoon when it gets hot and then get back to it. There’s no big corporate office telling us what to do. We just follow the local rules and keep everything in order for the folks in Ward 04. It’s a slow and steady kind of business. We don't have a website with moving pictures or anything like that. Just this office and our ledgers. It is a very simple way of doing business. Most of the time the day goes by fast.
