Almighty Infra Estate

Up on the first floor of Milan Plaza, we have Shop No 4. It’s right on Lal Bahadur Shastri Road, which means there is never a quiet moment. Between the honking cars and the people walking by, it’s a very active part of Civil Line. We handle a lot of different estate things here. Most of the time, I’m just sorting through papers or waiting for a client to show up for a meeting. The office is simple. We have some chairs that aren't the most comfortable, but they do the job for a thirty-minute conversation. We’ve been in this plaza for a bit, and you start to recognize the other shop owners and the regulars. It’s not like those fancy offices you see in the movies with glass elevators. It’s just a walk-up with some stairs that can be a bit steep if you’re carrying a lot of folders. We don't really do much in the way of fancy talk. If someone wants to know about a plot of land or a house, we just tell them what we know. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a few minutes and we just sit there and wait for it to come back on. It’s just the way things are in this part of town. We keep it honest and stay busy enough to keep the lights on and the files organized. Sometimes we even forget to eat lunch when the phone starts ringing.
