Aggrawal General Store

Aggrawal General Store is sitting right in Nyay Nagar, which is part of Jhunsi here in Allahabad. We have been operating this shop for a good number of years now. It is a standard general store where we keep everything from soap and toothpaste to bags of flour and different kinds of spices. Jhunsi is a growing place, and we see a lot of new families moving into the area lately. Most of our day is spent just taking items off the shelves and bagging them for the neighbors. We open pretty early because that is when people want their milk and bread for breakfast. The shop is located in a spot that is easy for people in Nyay Nagar to walk to without taking a vehicle. We do not have any fancy displays or bright lights. It is just shelves filled with bottles and packets. Sometimes the delivery guys come and block the entrance with their crates, and we have to hurry to clear the way for everyone. It gets dusty because of the road nearby, so we spend a lot of time wiping down the glass jars. We do not really have a business philosophy or anything like that, we just sell what people need to run their homes. If someone needs a phone recharge or a small item like a lightbulb, they usually come to us. It is a steady life, seeing the local kids grow up as they come in to buy sweets and then later coming in for groceries.
