The office for S9 CONSTRUCTION AND LAND DEVELOPERS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED is located over on PURANA MALGODAM ROAD in BELA PRATAPGARH. We’re set up c/o SHEKHAR SINGH, and it’s a fairly modest place near the old warehouse area. Being an OPC means I’m the one responsible for pretty much everything that happens. Pratapgarh is a place where everyone kind of knows everyone else, so we don't really do much advertising. We mostly deal with land and small construction projects around the local area. The road near the malgodam can get pretty dusty when the trucks go by, but it’s a good spot for us. I spend a lot of time walking through fields or looking at old property records to see what’s possible. It’s a slow process sometimes, especially when you’re dealing with land titles and all the local regulations. I’m not interested in being some big corporate developer. I just want to help people get their land sorted out and maybe build something that will last a while. Most days are spent on my bike, going from one plot to another and talking to the owners. It’s honest work, even if it’s tiring. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit overwhelming, but then I just go out to a site and see the actual progress, and it feels worth it. It’s a simple life running S9 Construction out here in UP, and I wouldn't have it any other way.
