Prityansh Builder Developer Private Limited is based out of Sagar Auto City in the Bela area of Pratapgarh. Specifically, we are at House Number 1, which belongs to Sri Daya Shankar Tiwari. It’s a quiet spot most days, though the sounds of the town are never too far away. We do building work around here because we know the land and the people. Pratapgarh is a place where everyone knows everyone, so if you do a bad job, word spreads fast. We try to avoid that. We don't have any big corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a practical setup where we keep our tools and our notes. Building houses or whatever else is needed takes a lot of patience, especially when the summer heat hits Uttar Pradesh. We spend a lot of time talking to suppliers about why the cement price went up again. It is a bit of a headache sometimes but it is what we do. We don't really have a grand plan for the future. We just want to keep working on projects in the Bela area and make sure the structures stay standing for a long time. It is honest work and it keeps the lights on at House Number 1. Most of the time, you can find us either at the office or out at a site checking on the walls.
