We are located at house number 107 in Lilapur Sahabganj. Pratapgarh is home for us. We deal with international educational services, which sounds more complicated than it really is. Mostly, we just help local students find schools and colleges in other places. It’s a small office in a residential area. We’ve been here for a bit now and most of the neighbors know us. It’s not a big corporate building with glass windows. It's just a regular house where we keep our files and computers. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking up stuff on the internet for people. Students come by with their parents to ask questions about where they should go next. We try to give them the facts about different schools. It’s a lot of back and forth with paperwork and applications. Some days it’s quiet and other days it’s a bit chaotic with everyone coming in at once. We don’t have fancy uniforms or a front desk person. We just answer the door and start talking. It’s a practical way to run a business here in Uttar Pradesh. We know the local schools and we know how hard it can be for kids to figure out their next steps. That's just what we do every day. We keep the tea ready and try to get the applications sent off on time.
