You can find us in Hatimi Plaza on High School Road. Being near the school means we see a lot of parents and kids throughout the day. Rajasthan can get really hot, so the shop is a bit of a shaded spot for people coming off the main road. We keep a variety of medicines and health products on the shelves. It’s mostly organized, though sometimes when it gets busy, things get a bit cluttered behind the counter. We’ve been at this location for a while now. The plaza is usually noisy with traffic and people walking by. We just focus on getting the right bottles or strips of pills for whoever comes in. We aren't doing anything special, just running a regular medical shop. Sometimes we have to wait a few days for specific items to arrive from the distributors. We spend the morning stocking the shelves and the evening doing the accounts. It’s a lot of standing around and talking to neighbors. The lighting in the shop is a bit dim, but we know where everything is kept. It’s a practical setup for the area. We don’t use any big computers for everything, just some notebooks and the basic receipts. Most people from the H O area know where we are. We just stay open and wait for the next person to walk in with a list. It’s a long day sometimes but we get through it.
