Our business, Zello Traders (Opc) Private Limited, is situated at 22/1/A4/A1 in Vidya Nagar, which is part of Chimakurthy in the Ongole area. It’s a simple operation we’ve got going here. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. We just handle trading for various goods and try to keep our customers happy without making a big production out of it. The office is just a regular room with what we need to get the job done. Sometimes it’s a bit noisy outside because the neighborhood is quite active. We spend our days tracking orders and talking to suppliers. It’s not always smooth sailing; sometimes a shipment is late or a price changes, and we just have to deal with it as it happens. We don't have a big marketing budget or any fancy brochures. People usually find out about us through word of mouth or by just seeing the sign. We like it that way. It keeps things honest. Being in Prakasam, we feel like we are part of the local community. We know the shopkeepers nearby and we stop for tea at the same spots every day. It’s a practical way to live and work. We don't overthink things, we just focus on the next task on the list and keep our files in order. It’s a decent way to earn a living.
