Our place is at 2B, North Bypass Road in Ongole. It’s right beside Ratna Towers, which is a big landmark that helps people find us. Being on the bypass road means there are always big trucks rumbling past, and it gets quite loud during the day. Vs Engineering & Aqua Suppliers is where we keep all the parts and equipment. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we can store things and talk to people. It’s dusty out here because of all the construction and the heavy vehicles going by. We usually have the front door open to let some air in, even if it brings in the noise from the bypass. Ongole can get very humid, so the afternoons are usually slow. We spend that time organizing the back or catching up on paperwork. People usually stop by on their way somewhere else because we are right on the main route. Ratna Towers is right there next to us, so we use that to explain our location to anyone who gets lost. It’s a straightforward kind of life here. We deal with pumps and pipes and whatever else comes through. There’s no big reception area or anything, just a counter and some shelves. We’ve been in this spot at Ongole Ho for a good while now and know the area well.
