Vijaya Krishna Spices Pvt. Ltd. is situated out in Lemoore Village. We are part of the Kandukur Mandal area. It’s a bit far from the main city, so things are a lot quieter here. We work with spices every single day. The air around the facility always smells like cumin or chili, depending on what we are doing that afternoon. It’s a small operation, even though the name sounds a bit official. We do not have big offices or a fancy reception area. It is mostly just the processing space and some storage rooms. The roads in Lemoore Village can be a bit dusty, especially during the dry season. We see a lot of tractors going by. Our workers are mostly from the nearby houses. We have been doing this for several years now and have a steady rhythm. We do not have any big slogans or goals to be famous. We just focus on getting the spices cleaned and packed. Sometimes the machinery breaks down and we have to fix it ourselves. That’s just how it goes when you are out in a village area. We do not spend much time on the computer. We would rather be on the floor making sure the work is getting done. It’s a practical business and we are just regular people trying to make a living in Kandukur Mandal.
