We operate out of Vengalapuram Village, which is in the Pedacherlopalli Mandal of Prakasham District. It is a small place, very local, and we know almost everyone around here. Being in a rural area like this means you have to be ready for anything to happen. I started this because there was a need for someone to keep an eye on things during local projects. Most of what I do is just making sure the work is being done correctly and that people are not cutting corners. It is not a desk job at all. I am usually out walking around the sites or talking to the guys on the ground. The weather can be tough here, especially when it gets really hot in the summer, but we keep going. Sometimes the materials have to come from quite far away since we are in a village, so that takes some extra planning and phone calls. I do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. People just know me by my name or they come to my house in the village. It is a simple way of living and working. I try to be fair with everyone. Dealing with the daily problems of construction or labor is just what I do. It is a small operation, but it is important for our local area. We just want to do our part and make sure things are built solid.
