Sriram Hospital

Sriram Hospital sits on Anjaiah Road, specifically positioned behind the Telephone Exchange. It’s a landmark that most people in the area know pretty well. Having the exchange nearby makes it easy to give directions. The hospital itself is a straightforward building. We have been here for a good amount of time, seeing the neighborhood change around us. Anjaiah Road can get quite congested during the peak hours, but once you step inside, it feels a bit more orderly. We have various sections for different types of care. The nurses and the help have their routine down to a science. They move through the halls with their carts, checking on the patients in each room. We don't have a polished lobby with marble floors; it’s more about being functional. The benches are made of wood and metal, and they’ve been there since we opened. We deal with a lot of everyday health issues. Sometimes people come in after an accident on the road, and other times it is just a bad cough that won't go away. We keep things running 24 hours a day, so there is always someone here, even in the middle of the night when the street is finally quiet. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we are used to it. We just focus on the people who walk through our door and try to help them out. That is just how it goes here.
