We've been at 3-31 Main Road here in Maddipadu Mandal for a while now. Running Sri Sai Venkateswara Gundlakamma Resorts is a lot of work but it keeps us busy. People around Ongole usually know where to find us. It’s right on the road, so you can't really miss it if you're passing through Prakasam. We handle things ourselves mostly. It isn't a huge fancy corporate setup. Just a place where we take care of the rooms and make sure things are running. Sometimes the weather gets hot but that’s just how it is in Andhra Pradesh. My family helps out with the daily chores. We have a few rooms and some open space. It’s a bit quiet out here away from the main city noise. We try to keep everything clean, though things get dusty sometimes with the wind. People stop by when they are traveling on the highway. We’ve seen many folks come and go over the years. We just focus on getting the work done day by day. If you are looking for us, we are right there in the village area. It’s pretty straightforward. Nothing too complicated about how we run things. We just do our bit and keep the place open for whoever needs to stay. It’s a local operation, nothing more. We spend a lot of time just fixing small things around the property. The building has been here for a bit, so there is always something to paint or a leak to check. We like the quiet life here.
