Sanghamitra Hospital

Sanghamitra Hospital is situated right on the NH 5 Main Road. Being on a highway like NH 5 means we see a lot of people passing through. It is a very busy stretch of road with trucks and cars going by at all hours. Our building is easy to spot from the highway because of the location. Inside, it feels a bit different from the noise outside. We have been here for a while, and the hospital has grown as the road got busier. We get patients from the local villages and also travelers who might need help while they are on the road. It’s a big responsibility being on a main route like this. The rooms are basic but they serve the purpose. We don't have a lot of extra staff for greeting people; we just have nurses and doctors doing their jobs. The waiting area is usually full of people from the surrounding areas. We spend a lot of time making sure everything is running. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to switch to the backup, which is just how things are here. We don't try to look like those big city hospitals. We are just a local hospital on the side of the highway. People come to us because we are right there when they need us. It’s a simple, honest place where we work long hours to keep things going. The road never sleeps, and neither does this hospital. We see everything from minor injuries to more serious situations.
