It’s a small operation running out of a residential area, which keeps things very personal and straightforward. Working from Sanjeev Nagar means we are right in the heart of the local community. Mr. Ratnam has a lot of history here, and we appreciate the space we have to do our work. It is not a formal business park or anything like that. We just sit down every morning and get through what needs to be done. Addanki is a place where everyone knows each other, so we try to keep things honest and simple. Our daily routine involves a lot of checking and re-checking, just to make sure things are handled correctly. We don’t have a big marketing department or fancy slogans. We just have our desks and our equipment in a quiet house. It works well for us because we can focus on the details without any noise. People in the neighborhood stop by sometimes just to say hello or ask how things are going. We like it that way. It’s a very human way to run things, and we don't see a reason to change it anytime soon. We just keep doing what we do best for as long as we can at our own pace.
