POYKAIL BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

Poykail Builders and Developers is right here in Ongole, over at Teja Towers. If you know where the Anjaneya Swamy statue is on the South By-pass, you have basically found us. We have been working out of this Sy.No.234 spot for a while now. Most days it is just us dealing with the usual construction stuff like checking on plans and talking to folks about their land. The bypass gets really loud with all the trucks going past, but we are used to it by now. It is a small team here. We spend a lot of time out at different sites in the Prakasam district, so the office is sometimes empty until someone comes back with boots covered in dust. There is always a lot to keep track of with the (OPC) Private Limited side of things, but we just take it one day at a time. It is not always easy with the heat around here, especially in the afternoons when we have to go out and look at projects. We try to keep things simple. People come by, we talk about what needs building, and we see what can be done. It is just a local business trying to do honest work in the building trade. We have seen Ongole change quite a bit over the years from this office. It is a busy place to be, but we like being near the statue and the main road. That is about it for who we are and what we do here on a daily basis.
