About Moulali Fruit Juices – Food & Beverages in Prakasam
We’re set up at D.No.2/28, quite close to the railway station in Prakasham. Being near the station means there’s a constant flow of people at all hours. We get the fruit in daily, and the main thing we do is make sure it stays fresh in this heat. The shop is small and simple. We have a couple of benches for people to sit on while they wait. The noise of the trains is something you just stop hearing after a few months of working here. Prakasham is a busy area, and being near the transport hub helps us get things moved around. We don't use any fancy equipment, just the standard stuff that works. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we're usually too busy with the fruit to worry about that. Early mornings are the best time because it’s cool and the first batch of fruit arrives from the market. We spend a lot of time cleaning the glass and the counters. It’s a lot of sticky work, honestly. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the routine. People coming off the trains are often tired and thirsty, so we see a lot of different faces every day. We don't have a menu board that's updated; we just tell people what we have for the day. It’s straightforward work and we like it that way. Most people just want something cold and quick before they head home.
