Maatharam Projects Private Limited is based in Ongole, over in the Prakasam district. Our office is at 37-1-168/22, inside the Ratnam Dimond Towers on Kurnool Road. If you know the Lambadi Donka area, we are right in that vicinity. It’s a tall building and we’ve got a spot there where we manage all our projects. Kurnool Road is always moving, so it’s a lively place to be. We deal with various project types, mostly around the local area. The office has that typical feel of a place where people are actually working. There are stacks of papers, some old coffee cups, and blueprints for whatever we are currently building. It’s not a showroom; it’s just where the work happens. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people who have property in the district. Ongole is growing, so there’s always something new being planned on the outskirts. We moved into Ratnam Dimond Towers because it was easy for people to find us. You just head down Kurnool Road and look for the towers. It’s simple enough. We don't spend much on decorations or fancy furniture because we’d rather focus on the actual projects we have going. It’s a small team, and we all pretty much know what needs to be done. We stay busy, especially when a big deadline is coming up for one of the projects. It's just about getting the work finished.
