We are out on Kurnool Road in Ongole, right next to the industrial estate. It's a dusty area because of all the trucks and the type of work we do with minerals. You can hear the machines running from the nearby factories most of the day. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a plain building where we manage the operations. We deal with rocks and minerals, so things tend to get a bit dirty around here. The sun hits the building hard in the afternoon. There isn't much shade around the yard, so it stays pretty warm. We have a small crew of people who have been with us for years. We know the neighbors in the industrial estate pretty well. Sometimes the road gets blocked by big lorries waiting to load up. It’s just part of the daily routine in this part of Andhra Pradesh. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big corporate look. We just focus on the minerals and making sure orders are processed correctly. If you drive down Kurnool Road, you’ll see our gate right by the estate boundary. Most of the time, the guys are out in the yard or talking to drivers. It's a lot of manual coordination and checking weights. We keep the paperwork in the main office and try to stay organized despite all the dust that comes in through the windows. It is a loud place, but we have gotten used to the sound of the engines.
